INtouch is headquartered in Regina, Saskatchewan, with additional
offices located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Toronto, Ontario. The
Marketing and SMB Sales Department is located in the Toronto office,
with corporate functions centralized in Regina and in Winnipeg (Taylor
Facility). With one contact center in Regina, and two in Winnipeg, all
are set in close proximity to our clients conveniently just north of the
US border, providing a convenient nearshore alternative to outsourcing.
All facilities have the ability to load share in the case of call spikes
and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Taylor Contact Center
Located in Winnipeg’s west side, our second center is a newly renovated
18,000 square foot building, which includes a 7,500 square foot contact
center floor with 220 agent seats. The building also contains our
in-house training center with 20+ active workstations designed to
function as a classroom.

Market Contact Center
The newest
site for our services is on Market Avenue in the Exchange District in
downtown Winnipeg – an area full of historical, cultural, and commercial
importance. Located in a heritage building, the newly-renovated loft
space has been designed to emit an executive and corporate ambiance for
our agents and support staff. The facility is approximately 15,000
square feet with a capacity of 200 agent seats.

quality English, Spanish and French speaking agents
Regina Facility
Regina
Contact Center
The Regina center is a newly renovated 14,000 square foot building,
which includes a 6,500 square foot call center floor with 158 agent
seats. The building also contains our in-house training center with 12
active workstations designed to function as a classroom.
Regina is
known as an important contact center hub in Canada with its many dynamic
centers, thus creating an abundant pool of qualified and experienced
employees.
